1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and basha88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the basha88 platform, available at https://basha88.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels.

By accessing the basha88 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the basha88 platform.

basha88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

basha88 operates as an online betting and casino platform targeting players in Bangladesh. The platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — as well as live casino, slot games, and arcade game titles. All services are delivered electronically via the basha88 website and Android application.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the basha88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms that may apply to individual bonuses or competitions. Those documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and basha88.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the basha88 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

basha88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

basha88 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of basha88 complies with all laws applicable to them in their country, state, or territory of residence. basha88 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services offered by basha88, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active basha88 account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, basha88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accrued across those accounts.

Account security is a shared responsibility. You are required to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your basha88 account and not reuse it across other websites or services.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Enable SMS one-time password (OTP) verification where offered as an additional security layer during login or withdrawal.

basha88 will never contact you via email, live chat, or phone to request your password, PIN, or full payment method details. Any communication purporting to be from basha88 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected] immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. basha88 accepts no liability for losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such losses result directly from a failure of basha88's own security systems.

basha88 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any point during your use of the platform. KYC verification may be required before processing withdrawals, when large deposits are made, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on basha88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). basha88 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The most current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in the cashier section of your basha88 account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by basha88, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your basha88 wallet within 60 seconds of a successful mobile money transfer confirmation. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to five minutes to process. basha88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the basha88 payments team during standard operating hours. Requests submitted within normal processing windows are typically completed within five to thirty minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank. basha88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• The name on your basha88 account must match the name registered on your payment method. Mismatched names will result in withdrawal processing delays pending KYC verification.
• basha88 reserves the right to apply a maximum single withdrawal limit of ৳500,000 per transaction. Players wishing to withdraw larger amounts should contact support to arrange the process.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player from within the cashier section before they have been processed. Once a withdrawal has been marked as processed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Any deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

basha88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all basha88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Eligible Games and Markets: Not all games and markets contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10% to 20%). Sports betting markets contribute based on the odds and market type. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed on sports markets to fulfil wagering requirements must meet a minimum odds threshold of 1.50 (fractional: 1/2, decimal: 1.50) per selection unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window from the date of issue or deposit, after which any unreleased bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated per promotion. Where not specified, a default expiry of 7 days from bonus credit applies.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time. Players must opt in to a new promotion before claiming; retroactive bonus claims on deposits not marked for a promotion are not accepted.
• Bonus Abuse: basha88 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of low-risk betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements, and use of software to automate bonus clearing. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and the account reviewed for suspension.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: basha88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. This does not affect any bonuses already legitimately claimed and in active use at the time of modification.

Players who have made a deposit that is currently subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not withdraw their real-money balance until the wagering requirement has been met in full, or until the player opts to forfeit the bonus. Forfeiting a bonus can be done from the account cashier section; doing so will remove the bonus and any associated winnings accumulated solely from bonus play, but will release the real-money balance for withdrawal.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on basha88 are governed by these Terms and by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. By placing a bet or launching a casino game on basha88, you confirm that you understand the rules of the specific product you are engaging with and accept the outcome as final once settled according to those rules.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed and accepted by the basha88 system. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is placed, regardless of any subsequent movement. basha88 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to a manifest error in the displayed odds, including but not limited to clearly incorrect prices, system errors, or data feed failures.

• Pre-match bets are final once placed and confirmed. Live (in-play) bets are subject to additional rules regarding event interruptions, abandonment, and result delays.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not rescheduled to take place within 24 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• For cricket markets, the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method applies to rain-affected matches. Specific cricket betting rules — including rules for the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — are available in the basha88 sports rules section within the platform.
• The maximum single bet limit and maximum payout per event vary by sport and market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement. basha88 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet stake for any player or on any market at its sole discretion.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using basha88, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the basha88 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit consent.
• Multiple Account Abuse: Registering more than one account for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing deposit limits, claiming multiple new-player bonuses, or evading a previous account closure or self-exclusion.
• Money Laundering: Using basha88 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of criminally obtained money. basha88 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports market, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in live poker or coordinating bets to exploit promotional structures.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting software to place bets or interact with the basha88 platform without human input for each transaction.
• Match Fixing and Insider Knowledge: Placing bets using knowledge that a sporting event's outcome has been predetermined or influenced by corrupt activity, or using non-public insider information to gain a systematic advantage on specific markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider for any deposit made to basha88 while simultaneously retaining the funds or winnings derived from that deposit within your basha88 account.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of known technical glitches, pricing errors, or software vulnerabilities to place bets or claim payouts at incorrect values.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language toward basha88 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

basha88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take any of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: suspend or permanently close an account; void and reverse any bets or withdrawals under review; withhold balances pending investigation; or report the matter to relevant authorities. A final decision on account closure and balance forfeiture will be communicated to the player via the registered email address.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Players may voluntarily close their basha88 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a written account closure request. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, basha88 will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) back to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

basha88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The player becoming subject to an active self-exclusion request previously submitted to basha88.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate the closure of accounts in specific jurisdictions.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. basha88 will attempt to contact the player via registered email before applying any dormant account policy.

Self-Exclusion: basha88 offers a self-exclusion tool as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform may request a time-out (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests made via live chat or email are actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is disabled and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be held securely and returned to the player upon the expiry of a time-limited exclusion, or upon written request following a cooling-off period for permanent exclusions.
